Phone Screen

A brief introductory phone call to determine overall fit for the position.
Stage 5

Hiring Manager Interview

The Hiring Manager will conduct a 30-45 minute video call to discuss position details, overall fit for the company and position, and answer any questions about CFRA. 
Stage 6

Second Round Interviews

Additional discussions with team members to review candidate's overall fit for the role. Questions will be asked in the S.T.A.R. format (Situation, Task, Action, Results).
Stage 7

Hired

Offer extended, and accepted!
